The premises were nice and clean, newly renovated
The gas stove didn't work, so there were only two electric hotplates. Otherwise, the kitchen was sparsely equipped. There was no teapot—only a saucepan—no bowl for whisking scrambled eggs, and a shortage of serving platters, bowls, and cutlery.

Ruim appartement, goede locatie en zeer behulpzame eigenaar met handige website over what to do/eat etc.
Prijs kwaliteit is top
Grote koelkast en kookgelegenheid
Geschikt voor verblijf van gezin
Wellicht wat gedateerd en er is geen sfeerverlichting
Maar goed dat zijn zeer kleine puntjes

Very welcoming host who greeted us upon arrival and answered all our questions, a locked parking space which seemed relatively hard to find in the area. The property is on a side street but it is walking distance to Shkoder centre, close to restaurants, supermarkets etc.

Location was decent and stuff was friendly.
The build quality of the apartments could be better, as well as the amenities.
