Quartiere leggermente decentrato e purtroppo sporco; stanza male isolata acusticamente. Wifi non funzionante. Consiglio lavori di ammodernamento.

The staff was always extremely nice to me. I'm so thankful to them and I can see that they're trying hard to run this place well. I actually really liked the breakfast even though it was simple (coffee, croissant, jam and cookies). The breakfast terrace has a beautiful view on Palermo. My room had a really effective air conditioner (it only took 5-10 minutes to cool down the room), and I was pleasantly surprised to find a kettle with a tea bags box and an iron inside my room.

The toilet in the bathroom didn't have a seat, the shower door was broken and didn't close, the shower head didn't hold. The bathroom window is facing the balcony that's used by the staff, and even though the drapes were shut, it felt a little weird. The pillows were very uncomfortable (I'm usually not picky about them and can sleep on almost any pillow). It would also be nice to get breakfast coffee in a mug and not in a plastic cup. The area outside is quite creepy, especially at night. I chose this location because it was close to a conference I was attending, but I wouldn't recommend it unless you need to be close to university. Unfortunately I can't give a higher score for the issues mentioned above, even though I had a great experience with the staff. But I wish you good luck with running this place and hope that you manage to repair the bathroom
