Helpful support by phone after difficulty accessing lockbox location. Property was in a great central location.

Very confusing, the communication via Text Message and difficult to follow due to the length of the message not recieved until we arrived in country. I single email with instruction would be easier. Going to 2 locations was frustrating, but the person contacted by phone was very helpful and we got sorted quickly.

It had a small kitchen and if sitting on a balcony overlooking a main highway is your thing, then that’s good. It was clean and the pillows were good

It’s actually managed by a real estate agent which isn’t noted anywhere obvious in the ad. So they demand a photo id for booking which I find intrusive. I’ve used booking.com so they can see who I am. and I saw the message too late to rebook, that’s not sent asap) then it’s a bloody hassle to get the keys - you need to pick them up at their shop. And the messages! You need to actually reply you have red the message about keys. It’s exhausting. And then, you need to leave the keys at the unit but you can’t get out without the keys! Unit was a bit tired and noisy, lights outside the door in the hall didn’t work so didn’t feel a good value. I’ve stayed in better for that price so I’d not go back.
