Location and facilities. The key pickup was a little mind blowing for the hippie dude who was using the phone when I walked up.
Not the property but me since I forgot there was a pool when I finally ventured out on the balcony on my last day in Cairns. Darn!

Location was perfect. Easy access to everything.
Bonus was the street parade celebrating Cairns 150th Festival right at our front door!

Very well located close to great restaurants and the esplanade but also not too noisy. The apartment had everything we needed for our week stay including a good fridge, cooking equipment and washing machine. The bed was very comfortable. Good to have secure on site parking too.
The only issue we had was the couch became a bit small for the two of us after a couple of days!
