Almost everything
The hot water situation. If not for not have a hot shower the whole time I was there it would have been great.

Good price and location. Very neat and private
Might be better if staff were on site. Although they were very receptive via phone.

It was in a good location close to lots of coffee shops and restaurants.
There’s no elevator and if you have a lot of luggage good look with that! The restroom is not very clean.
