The room is pretty much adjacent to the Arena and the main shopping street. It has a feeling of history about it. The bathroom is good and the bed is comfortable.
Although I am fit healthy and active, I think there could be a warning for getting up the stairs with large luggage could be a bit of a struggle for many older less fit tourists. The rooms are furnished in a minimalistic way and there could be more plug points.

Central location, felt very safe.
Dishwasher had broken ( these things happen) staff responded immediately to my text and even sent someone to wash the dishes the next day.
The response from staff was exceptional
The number of stairs with luggage!!

I liked the old building and the big gate to get in and out. The apartment was spacious and clean. The location was excellent very close to the center of the old town. The communication via WhatsAPP was excellent.
There were three things that I did not like, all somewhat minor. The light at the third floor was burned out and the last section of the stairwell was dark, this is an easy fix. Unfortunately cigarette smoke from the next door and/or below apartments permeates into the apartment making it smell even though it is a non smoking apartment. And lastly and mentioned by others, the building is undergoing construction or renovation so there is a huge scaffolding in the courtyard that upsets the otherwise pleasant view and the workers make a lot of noise which interrupts the otherwise quiet space.

It was clean and the location was very good.
There were no instructions for anything. We could not work the washing machine, there was no hot water when we arrived and we had to find the boiler and switch it on. There was no bath mat in the bathroom ( though we found one in a cupboard). There was no drying up cloth and although the information supplied said tea was provided there was none.
