The apartment is new, modern, clean and has a very authentic vibe.
Both the bed and sofa are comfy and big enough.
It has a large therace, and the view is amazing. The view was my favourite part! The beach in Flogita is perfect for families with kids.
You also have a kitchen that is fully equipped, even for a longer stay, a washing maschine and a refrigerator with a freezer section.
Having a first aid kit and an extension cord there was a nice touch.
The bathroom was small. Not really comfortable for taking a shower, with the boiler hanging over our heads. My husband had issues with it, being a tall man.
It was not an issue for us, but it is a bit further from the beach (but still a reasonable walk).
The very strong smell of cleaning chemicals from the bathroom is what welcomed us, so if you are sensitive to that, it may not be very pleasant for a couple of hours after you arrive.
Also, wi-fi is very strong when it’s working, but we had to reboot the device almost every day to get it to work properly - just a small tip if you are experiencing issues with it.

The apartment was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities.
The owner was extremely kind, friendly, and always willing to help. We had a small issue with the key, but it was resolved very quickly and professionally, which we really appreciated.
Overall, we had a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay. We would be happy to come back again in the future.
The apartment is a little farther from the beach, but not too far. If you're traveling by car, it's not an issue at all, and even on foot the walk is quite reasonable.
