Very clean and beds were so comfortable

10 / 10Eccezionale·giu 2026

I have stayed in a lot of hotels and vacation rentals over the years, and this was easily a favorite. Henry was fantastic, friendly, responsive, and clearly takes pride in the property. The house was spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and it was stocked with everything we needed and then some. There were plenty of towels, good toilet paper (which is surprisingly rare!), and a fully stocked kitchen with a great coffee bar. Even the showers drained properly, which seems like a small thing until you've dealt with backed-up hotel showers. The game room was a huge hit with both the kids and adults, and it included board games, card games, arcade games, and there was bulldog themed decor throughout the house. A very cool touch was the option to purchase snacks and drinks if you forgot something or got late-night cravings. The welcome goodie bag was another thoughtful surprise. We were in town for a lacrosse tournament, so we didn't get to enjoy everything this house had to offer, but we definitely noticed all the care and attention that went into making guests feel at home. Henry no doubt went above and beyond. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Indianapolis!

We were very impressed with everything about this rental — cleanliness, quick communication with the host, ease of check-in, etc. And the house is as cute as it could be. We are not sports fans but still appreciated the thought and whimsy that went into all the bulldog decorations, and we loved the game room! The option to purchase snacks and drinks was also a really thoughtful extra touch.

This is a great house! It would be perfect for your college visit, or visiting a student at Butler. It's nice to be right by campus even if you're not there for a visit is it's a great neighborhood for an evening stroll. It's very quiet even though it's in a central location. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Our kids loved the game room, the beds are comfortable, and all the bulldogs and decorations are a lot of fun! We would stay again!
