This was a great and beautiful location for a quick 2-night stay at the end of our trip in Italy. It was so nice to just walk across the street to enjoy the little beach during the summer heat. The water is shallow and family-friendly. The apartment itself is comfortable for a short stay. We didn't really use the kitchen at all, but it would be a little small if you intend to prepare your own meals. As others noted, there's a club across the street that blasts music until 1AM, but with earplugs, it wasn't an issue for us. We found some of the restaurants/bars near the apartment to be disappointing, but found great restaurants a short drive away. Parking right in front of the apartment is limited, and we usually ended up a block away or so. Communication with the host was easy and convenient, and she answered all our questions quickly. We would definitely stay here again before a flight out of FCO.

Federica was the best. When we arrived there her husband took all our luggage upstairs. She handed us the keys and told us if we needed anything she lives right next door. Her place has 3 bedrooms and one of the bedroom has bunk beds. You can walk across the street and dip yourselves into the Mediterranean Sea. Restaurants up and down the street. There is also a market that you can walk to if you decide on making sandwiches or maybe cook a meal. So the next time you and your family decide on going to Rome stop by there and stay a few days or more.

Upon arrival after a harrowing peoply day, we arrived to find a beautiful apartment, friendly host and welcoming music from the waves and clubs across the street on a Sunday evening. Our host gave us eating suggestions and also called a taxi to take us to the airport when our time was up. We would definitely stay again.

Federica is a kind and accommodating hostess. The home is super modern with a spectacular view of the sea. Her home decor adds to the lovely experience too! She left us some snacks, offered parking help, and provided dining suggestions. We checked in to the apartment remotely.Our stay was unique because we were in town briefly for an early dinner and overnight stay. We left for the airport at 4am the next morning. Unfortunately a beachfront spot by the house played loud music until midnight, so that was challenging for our circumstances (young children, early flight). If you weren’t in our situation though, it seems like a cool spot to go check out!We appreciate Federica warmly welcoming us to her home. Thank you!
