Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen area.
Slippery shower tray and water disconnected on 2 occasions. Entry fob was not available on arrival as advised. Entry system not user friendly, had to telephone for assistance only to be told fob was with Housekeeping.

Apartment was stunning, beautifully furnished with designer furniture. Views amazing and location was great for us
We weren’t sent the codes to access the apartment keys from the key nest and it was difficult to speak to the online support

Stylish, clean and very comfortable and in a perfect location.
We were only provided with one fob between 4 of us which made moving around the building awkward. Asked for another on the first day of our 4 day stay but it was never resolved

The property was clean and comfortable and well located.
The problem the our stay was with Charles hope themself. On arrival we were told because the apartment hadn’t been payed for by Charles hope we wouldn’t be able to access or apartment. Frustrating to say the least.
