Nos encantó todo, la ubicación es perfecta, cerca de la estación de tren y bus, un Carrefour cerca, un sitio genial para comer patatas fritas junto a Carrefour. Tiene lavadora y secadora, y todo lo que puedes necesitar.

Nada, todo me gustó

La casa estaba cerca de la estación de tren, así que fue bastante fácil llegar. El sitio estaba limpio, las camas eran cómodas, el baño también. Estaba a 5-10 minutos andando del centro en una zona agradable.

El portal inferior estaba lleno de basura siempre. La casa necesita bastantes arreglos: la cortina estaba rota, el suelo viejo, pintura, montones de objetos de limpieza por el medio, etc. Se rompió el portal de abajo y perdí el tren porque no tenía llave (solo código). Al no haber nadie en el sitio (es uno de esos apartamentos con código), la persona no respondió rápidamente.

The apartment is very well located, within easy walking distance of the city centre, with a supermarket only about 400 metres away. We also had no difficulty finding a parking space directly in front of the apartment. Overall, the apartment matches the listing photos, allowing for the fact that they were taken professionally. It is well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including kitchen utensils and shower essentials. The beds are comfortable. Although there is no air conditioning, fans are provided and helped keep the temperature inside more comfortable. Access to the apartment was very straightforward, and communication with the host was always quick. The host was also very accommodating. After checking out, we realised that we had left our raclette grill behind. We contacted her a couple of hours later, and she kindly allowed us to return and collect it ourselves, provided the cleaners had already left. Overall, the apartment offers very good value for money.

The kitchen tap could do with being replaced, as it looks quite worn and is loose rather than properly secured. The shower head and hose could also be replaced, and the shower cabin in general would benefit from some minor cosmetic renovation. The staircase leading to the apartment may feel rather narrow to some guests, although this is clearly shown in the listing photos. None of these points caused us any real inconvenience or negatively affected our stay. I am mentioning them mainly because the review form specifically asks guests to list any drawbacks.

Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr gut. Wir konnten zu Fuß in die Innenstadt laufen.

Wir hatten Probleme an den Schlüssel für die Wohnung zu kommen - Kontakt zur Vermieterin war erst am nächsten Tag möglich. Auf die versprochene Entschädigung für den uns entstanden Schadens warten wir heute noch. Leider hatte die Wohnung nur eine Türe - die Eingangstür - auch keine Bad Türe nur einen Vorhang - das ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Es hätte auch etwas mehr Geschirr geben können, wenn es doch eine Geschirrspülmaschine gibt und auch Taps dafür. Für die überaus lauten und nachtaktiven Mieter des über uns liegenden Appartements - kann die Vermieterin nicht´s!
