Everything. It is literally the perfect place to stay. The whole property is gorgeous, stylish, immaculately clean and so comfortable. The area is quiet, so perfect for a relaxing holiday, with restaurants and bars only a 10-15 min walk along the beach.
The staff, Carolina and Spiros, are so lovely and friendly, accommodating and generous, aiming to make sure you have the best stay.
This is our second time here and it was as good, if not better than the first.
We couldn’t recommend this place highly enough.

The appartement was spotless and the staff were super helpful. It looked very modern, and the hot tub was perfect for a relaxing day! It allowed us to see that Santorini is much much than Oia! I highly recommend staying here! Especially if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday. Carolina gave us many amazing tips and insights into the history of the island!
Nothing we didn’t like. Just make sure you have a car to explore the island.

Very good apartment with all equipment we needed. Clean and cosy, with kitchenette, we cooked every day something tasty:) We were looking for apartment like this, with privacy at quiet place. We rent a car, and distances to the city like Fira or Oia weren't a problem. We visited all af famous places on the island, and in the evening, came back to our quiet apartment with pleasure:)
If you are looking for quite place, in my opinion, this south area is the best. Especially the most beautiful beaches in Perivolos - about 3 km from Peranosa The Residence.

The accommodation was spotlessly clean! Modern and extremely well appointed with high quality fittings and furnishings. Regularly cleaned to an exceptional standard. Beautiful pool and a 2 minute walk to a black sand beach. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We would highly recommend and love to visit again.
