Excellent location, walking distance to the bathhouse row, very clean, has everything you need including hair dryer, shampoo, body wash, conditioner and lotion
Bring a pear of earplugs you might need it, I can hear the guest upstairs walking. And the ground coffee they provide is not very good :(

The bed was amazingly comfortable! Everything was extremely CLEAN and felt like a high-end hotel. They thought of every little detail even down to the sound machine and black-out shades. It was so close to bathhouse row and great restaurants. We even went up and enjoyed the firepit on the upper deck.

One block away from bathhouse row. Comfortable and clean facilities with well supplied amenities in room.
Unfortunately the street in front of location under construction.

Being my second room at The Exchange, I liked that I had a table and could sit down to eat in this room with the small didning table. Everything in all of their rooms is very convenient, comfortable and clean.
It was a bit smaller but it was layed out to maximize comfort, so really nothing to dislike.
