House & property was beautiful. No complaints. Very spacious for all of us.

We’ve stayed in this house 6 times now. We love the size for our family and it has everything in the house that we need. It does need some updates though. The oven stopped working the last night we were there so we had to switch to the grill outside. The dryer also did not work, there was a note left for us saying it did not work. But with 14 people and half were kids a dryer was necessary. The hot tub was amazing! Though the key was missing but we found that the house key had the hot tub key so we were able to use it. We will continue to take our yearly trips to this house. Hopefully next year some things will be updated.

Great lot with tons of room to keep busy! The layout of the house was perfect! Master bedroom is on opposite side of house from game room!! Hottub was warm, all showers worked great and furniture comfy. We never had to get in touch with host because everything worked and check in process was very accurate and easy to follow. Road to get to house is a bit rough when following GPS but we found a side road that was more ideal. Lake was great, beach & ocean was great!! Definitely would rent this house again if traveling back to Lincoln City. Would have gave 5 Stars except for a couple things but should be easy upgrades. Master bathroom lighting in shower room is so dim, we had to bring a lamp in so we could see. The hot tub jets literally squirted out of the tub like a firehose. May want to get that looked at.

Overall, it was a nice place for the family to gather while we visited the area to attend a wedding. However, all of the beds squeaked every time you moved, and most of them were very uncomfortable. The BBQ needs to have the burner replaced, as it only got up to 200 degrees, we had to cook our burgers inside. The cooktop, only 2 burners worked. The fridge ice maker/water dispenser didn't work and the handle on the freezer was broken. It also had a terrible smell to the fridge, ground coffee & baking soda in the refrigerator in an attempt to cover it up. upstairs bathroom sinks drained extremely slow, pipes need to be cleaned. The kitchen table is wobbly. A family member described it best, all the furniture appears to have been used for many years by the owner, and when the owner updated their furniture, the old, falling apart/uncomfortable furniture was moved to the rental. There was zero contact with us when we arrived, to confirm if everything was good or if we needed anything. Access to the home was clear in the welcome email, however, most of us rely on GPS and it sent us down the wrong road with a small turn around. 1 sign added where K Ave veers to the left would likely solve this issue. The biggest reason I mention this, is that we had an emergency and 911 was called. Had we not flagged down the fire truck/ambulance, they would've gone down a narrow road with no turn around for their large vehicles.
