Freundliches Personal, Sauberkeit, Ambiente

The staff were very accommodating of my requirement for a vegan breakfast and arranged good options for me. I really appreciated this.
They also gave me a new, quiter room when I complained that it was too loud in my first room.
This is not really the hotel’s fault but there was a huge funfair like event with blasting music all day. It was so loud in my 6th floor room that I had to request a different room facing away from the fun fair. It was still a bit loud but much better in the second room.
However, the second room was not very clean. There was a lot of hair on the floor and some in the shower.
