Apartment was spacious, clean and well located to the local area, beach and the main port etc.
Large supermarket just a few minutes walk, and 2 minutes to a square with multiple restaurants and bars.
Air con in the living room was fantastic, view from the balcony is amazing, even better if you get up for the sunrise, beautiful view of the coastline and city.
Host communication was great and allowed early check in.
24 hour reception in the apartment block was really good to and you could leave the key with them.
Less than 5 minutes walk to the nearby Parque de le Paloma, this place is lovely and well worth a visit.
There were sadly a few things which did let it down though.
No aircon in the bedroom, so was quite stuffy.
No freezer in apartment, so that was a negative for us, not major but annoying if you want ice cream / frozen things to cook etc.
Balcony door hard to open, could do with fixing.
The main pool was being refurbed during our stay, so only the small one was available, this was disappointing but not the hosts fault. However, be aware that they charge €4 per sunbed per day around the apartment pool, so this can get pricey if using multiple times during your stay.
Would stay here again however, just be prepared for the uphill walk at the end of a long day.

Clean tidy great view and surrounding main tea is good and close to the beach
Waiting for the lifts can be frustrating
