We received well written instructions, so it was very easy to locate the key box and get access to the property. The studio was clean and very well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. It was only a short drive to the local shops and conveniently located to be picked up for Whale Shark swimming.
Position of the AirCon unit directly opposite the sofa made it very uncomfortable (cold) to watch TV or sit on the sofa for any other purpose (even when the fan was turned to minimum). Also, I found the bed too soft.

The studio was well equiped and everything worked well.
Needing to put our garbage in the appropriate bin has become an expectation of the property owners and that's ok.
But we thought it was unreasonable to tell guests that they had to put out the garbage bins on the street.

The fridge door handle is broken.
The bathroom door handle is broken.
The air-conditioning when it is switched off makes this terrible nocking sound as though it is going to break.
There was an outside tap to rinse sand off everything but it was covered over when the carpenters built the wooden structures on the outside of the building.
