For Paris, the rooms were spacious, clean, and modern. In our room the window was a door that you could open.

On our last night in Paris the roof terrace closed early without notice or notification. As advertised all over their hotel and website, the terrace is open until midnight. We went up to the terrace around 5:30pm yesterday to check out the view and to alert them we would be back for the last sparkle of the Eiffel Tower - one of the best parts of the hotel. We came back to the hotel around 11:20 to find out the terrace had closed early. This terrace was one of the reasons we booked this hotel, as I am sure many do. Had we known it would close early on a Saturday we would have made other plans. During your stay they give you the option to communicate with them via WhatsApp. I think it would have been very appreciated to alert their guests that the roof was closing early. It for sure put a damper on our last night in Paris and made me consider if I will stay with them in the future. Upon check out they said they would see what happened and I have never received a follow up. The staff made it seem like because no one was at the rooftop they just closed it early, which I feel like as a hotel benefit that should not be the case.

Dès l’accueil le service est parfait. Par contre je pense qu’il faudrait mentionner aux clients de l’hôtel que le spa n’est pas mixte. J’ai l’habitude de partager le sauna avec mon conjoint, nous étions séparés, l’objectif étant un moment détente un vendredi soir . La vue parfaite au petit dej

Lits très confortable. Très belle piscine, qui permet de faire des longueurs et propose des jets d'eau. Salle de bain très belle avec son carrelage vert et sa division douche d'un côté du lavabo, WC de l'autre. Le restaurant à l'entrée de l'hôtel est très bon. La rue est pleine de restaurants, donc il y a le choix si on veut manger à côté.

Le lobby pour l'accueil n'est pas facile d'accès, un peu caché après un escalier... certains clients le ratent et vont à la salle de sport en bas du batiment pour remonter par l'escalier... Ce qui a rendu l'accueil inaccessible à ma mère. L'accès à la piscine est un peu étrange, sans espace pour se déshabiller ou se rhabiller (car accessible à tous les clients, homme et femme) où ne se trouvent que des casiers.

A academia e spa são excelentes. O hotel tem design de interior muito bonito. Acomodaçoes novas.

Ar condicionado não Funciona. Quarto extremamente quente. Banheiro pequeno e pouco acessível. Não cabia na altura do chuveiro. Chuveiro dentro da banheira, semdo a banheira muito alta. Perigoso. Além disso, a parte do banho sem cortina pu proteção deixando banheiro molhado.
