The host was very friendly and quick to answer any questions. Everything worked as intended and the toilet, bathroom and kitchen were clean. It was quiet during the night and i had no problems with sleeping. The place is really cheap.
The worst thing were the stains almost everywhere, stains on the walls and floor, although the place was cleaned before i came in, it certainly did not look clean. On the orange pillows were stains of different origins, some of them looked like blood so i had to wash the pillow covers and I did not use them. I laso found some hair on the couch. The room has horrible layout, there was no bedside table so I had to improvise and used the big table as my bedside table. The Wi-Fi is horrible, you can barely watch a youtube video.

Fantastic for the price, and very comfortable for a longer stay as a solo traveler. A nice location, quiet and residential with plenty of essentials close by like a grocery store and conbini, as well as a good amount of local restaraunts.
Hard to change this, but it was a little far from the closest train station, though the location was very nice otherwise. I also found I'm not a huge fan of Japanese style showers, though that is more of a personal preference.
