The property was very clean. The beds were comfortable and always well made. The restaurants were always neat and the staff hospitable. I had a suite and it was AMAZING!
Sometimes some of the food was overcooked. There was variety but it seemed to be the same exact variety dishes every night. Would be nice to switch it up a bit. Also the main pool was missing a few floor tiles and my friend cut her foot. Definitely dangerous… needs to be fixed ASAP.

El personal del Hotel, es EXCEPCIONAL, nunca he visto algo así, el equipo de animación, Jairo, Lizbeth,, Kike , el chico de la la animación en la piscina... Los camareros de los restaurantes y bares. . La ubicación del hotel

Pieza muy comoda, comida variada, muchas entretenciones, lo mejor el que animaba en la piscina

The property was in a great location, clean, but quite outdated. Staff is friendly. Small bar’s drinks were great!
My daughter forgot expensive sunglasses glasses in the bathroom, totally her fault. But “lost and found” had only old, broken items in it. No cameras to look at, and housekeeping staff doesn’t speak English to ask questions.
I wish food had more authentic Mexican choices. However, I appreciate the attempt to include “pasta, pizza, etc”. I just like experience authentic culture when I travel.
