Location was excellent. Easy walk from Santa Lucia station and fantastic restaurant and bar right outside the door. Much more space than we were expecting inside and one of the comfiest beds on our whole trip

Good location, comfortable beds, clean bedding, two rooms and kitchenette. All appliances work well
Several emails with instructions of dos and don’t one after another, but nobody was there to talk about the unexpected issues. We came around 8 pm. We got to the apartment with no problems What we saw was very disappointing. The apartment was not ready for us. The bedding and towels were not replaced, trash not removed, everything was all over the place. It took a while for us to contact emergency services by What’sApp. We have sent them pictures of the place. Finely the cleaning people came around 9 pm. and cleaned the property. So the beginning of our stay was not as we expected.
