Great location out of the busy city centre, free secure parking and just around the corner from Cornwall Park and One Tree Hill. Quiet and peaceful, I appreciated the outdoor seating area.
The bathroom needs a very deep clean, there were some dried blood (?) stains on the edge of the sink and an unpleasant odour.

Really nice little room. Very clean and tidy.. The mini golf green outside was awesome!!
Air conditioning would make it alot more enjoyable this time of the year. Low hanging tree on the diveway which i had to drive under to carpark.. Scratched the roof of my ute. Not a big car friendly parking spot because of this.
