Everything was ready and available. And well thought out for people taking a nice relaxing vacation with kids

Everything was good at my time there

Location was good. Close to beach
Needed more attention to details. First impressions are important. Rug in living room needs to be taped down, tripping hazard( tape was worn), outside needed attention. Ratan furniture has big holes, so cushions should be in place before guests arrive, everything looked worn and tired. Some white towels were stained … bedside sconces do not work and are loose … no idea how to turn them on. Landscaping/ lawn is filled with weeds… For this price point customers expect quality and appearance.
