The property itself was clean and an adequately appointed accomodation, The road noise in the unit ,and the master bedroom specifically, was significant late into the night and sleep limiting to the point where we moved to the back bedroom.
The pool areas were not clean. The spa was cold and not usable due to sediment/ water clarity, etc.

Good location. Resort facilities are very goo
This unit was near a busy road and too much traffic noise

Everything you need in Noosa, and away from the crowds but close enough to supermarkets, restaurants and between Noosa and Sunshine Beach.
Traffic from main road near main bedroom was loud. But we still slept well.

Large layout with balcony to pool area.
Heated pool in winter. Large comfortable couch.
From the master bedroom you could hear noise from traffic and party folk.
