This hotel would deserve a 9/10 for the suite we had, but all the rest really pulled down the average score. Good size suite, built with quality materials, nicely decorated. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Balcony with sea view very appreciated. Super clean, thanks to the hard work of the asian cleaning lady. Bravo to her, since she is all alone doing that job for the entire hotel !

The first welcome by the manager was rather unGreek (we have stayed at many many places on many Greek Islands, including another hotel on Zakynthos, hence the possible comparison). We were thrown at our faces a long list of hotel rules, with verbal explanation by the said manager. Just like with schoolchildren, as if we are not able to read on our own that same list available in our room. More over, at the entrance of the hotel beach, a blinking illuminated signpost displays many of those rules to whoever is around, and it is visible from far away. Except for the coffee which has various choices, although the available cups are pretty small. all the rest of the breakfast is really poor. No Greek yogurt, no cereals, only two kinds of melons as fruits and coming back everyday. Only one type of sliced bread, barely heated, with no available toaster in case you want them darker. One egg per customer, cooked in a different recipe everyday that seems to come back seven days later. And don't ask for a different style, the answer from the manager is NO. And don't ask anything to the unique cook lady, she says she speaks no English ! On some nights, there is a very loud music playing until late hours. All the neighbourhood can hear it. We don`t know who it is for, since the hotel beach is closed at 20:00, and all lights are turned off. In our room, the monitor light of the A/C is very bright. Together with the monitor light of the electric board, and those of the alarm system, make it impossible to sleep in the dark at night.

Excellent stay at a perfect location!We had a wonderful time at Sea View Suites & Holiday Homes. The property was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay.The location right by Plaka Beach is absolutely amazing, and the entire area is wonderfully peaceful and quiet. A special thank you to our hosts for allowing us to check in early, which we highly appreciated. Everything was great and we would highly recommend this property!

Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und geräumig und bietet einen wirklich schönen Ausblick. Auch die Lage und der grundsätzlich schöne Strand sind sicherlich Pluspunkte. Insgesamt macht das Hotel auf den ersten Blick einen gepflegten und ansprechenden Eindruck. Hi

Leider gibt es bei einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse doch einige Punkte, die enttäuschen. Im Zimmer fehlt zumindest ein Tresor. Die Klimaanlage lässt sich nur schwer steuern bzw. tagsüber offenbar gar nicht einschalten. In der Nacht bläst sie direkt auf das Bett, wodurch ein erholsamer Schlaf kaum möglich ist. Auch die Beleuchtung rund um das Hotel ist sehr hell und das Zimmer lässt sich leider nicht ausreichend abdunkeln. Besonders enttäuschend ist das Frühstück. Die Auswahl ist sehr dürftig und meiner Meinung nach dem Preis des Hotels keinesfalls angemessen. Auch die angegebenen Frühstückszeiten werden nicht wirklich konsequent eingehalten: Kommt man zu früh, bekommt man nicht einmal einen Kaffee, und kurz vor Ende ist teilweise bereits kaum noch Frühstück vorhanden. Die zahlreichen Regeln und Vorgaben des Hotels wirken zudem eher wie in einer Kaserne als in einem Urlaubshotel und tragen nicht gerade zu einem entspannten Aufenthalt bei. Auffallend ist auch, dass trotz des eigentlich sehr schönen Strandes kaum jemand dort liegt. Das ist angesichts der Lage doch etwas ungewöhnlich. Die Preise im Restaurant sind ebenfalls ausgesprochen hoch und stehen für mich nicht in einem angemessenen Verhältnis zur gebotenen Leistung.
