Great location! Just 11 minutes walk from Duomo square. Many eateries and shops just steps away. Beautiful natural light. Primary bed and sofa bed were comfortable. Self-check in a plus!

1) door handle fell off immediately! 2) air conditioning set to 16C and turns off automatically even though the temp is higher or lower than that? 3) toilet seat not the correct size and broken on one end 4) appliances available (dishwasher and washing machine) but no dishwashing tablets or laundry soap. 5) no dishwashing liquid or dish towel ; no toaster 6) two keys provided- one for main entrance door and one for the apartment itself. Not explained in self check in instructions 7) homeless person sleeping in breezeway on 1 out of 3 days 8) Anita - the assigned host not very helpful. I asked 4 questions over a span of several months. All responses were curt and dismissive. Not becoming of someone in the hospitality business. We did not feel welcomed. 9) Beware of spam message on WhatsApp asking for payment information. I emailed Anita and she said it was not from her

The location, close to Duomo. The beds. The amount if natural light in the appartement Overall, the accommodation was good.

The bathroom in particular. Broken toilet seat, which is not great from a hygiène point of view. Rusty shower hose, moldy shower seals..... always unpleasant to discover that at 1st shower when you have already settled in, you and your family. I reported the issue and the offered a big cleaning of the shower .....but once you have settled in, you just don' wan' t somebody to disturb you , do you? ....you have the kids, their stuff.... As a conclusion, If you’re going to advertise a property as “deluxe” on Booking.com, these are simply not the kind of issues guests should have to deal with . Please Fix the toilet seat ( buy a new one, right size), replace the shower hose and mouldy seals ....and ask your employees in charge of the cleaning to report that kind of issues before arrival of the new clients. This is important. The staff answered that this is a private accommodation not a hotel....ok but not relevant to my stay again!
