Big size full detached house. Clean and prepared. Very nice and comfortable stay.
The postcode was wrong, but the address was correct. There was delay in sharing the entrance code. A bit far from Ottawa.

The location was fantastic. It was in a safe neighbourhood and was quiet. The house was very spacious.
The air conditioning was not very effective at cooling the master bedroom (it was effective at cooling the main floor where the kitchen and living room were located though). It didn’t seem like cool air was coming up through the vents to the master bedroom. You may want to have someone look at it. Alternatively, you might place some fans upstairs?

The facility was clean and modern.
The pillows were flat, the futon couch was uncomfortable, there were not enough glasses, dishes, cooking utensils and no baking sheet for the oven. Also, when I booked the facility, it advertised that Netflix was included (which it never was) then the name was switched to exclude Netflix.

When we arrived the dishwasher still had dirty dishes in it. The oven was disgusting. You wouldn’t want to use it.
You couldn’t open the patio doors as a bit of wood blocked it, feel this is a fire hazard.
Bedside lamps would have been a good idea.
Would have been nice if a few coffee pods had been left, so we knew what ones to get.
In general the house needs a good clean.
