What is there not to like?! Everything was perfect, the transfer from airport to hotel was smooth, driver was friendly and polite. Hotel staff are amazing, checking in was easy, got guided to the room and shown the facilities. The room was perfect, spacious, the balcony and view was just beautiful. The staff support didnt stop there, ensured we were put into a correct taxi and even then helped to pay for the cab thinking we only had cards - that was such a lovely gesture! The spa was lush, the outside pool area was brilliant too. Definitely will be coming back.

I only stayed here one night, totally last minute as I was really unhappy with a place I rented in Split and needed to head south anyway. Booked it and hit the road not really expecting anything but a bed and parking. Instead I found the most awesome hotel that I wished I had more time in. The reception staff were so friendly, I am not sure the name of the woman who checked me in (maybe Tanja?) but she showed me the parking, personally; she showed me the room, she explained all the hotel had to offer. My room was huge and spotlessly clean, after this dingy little place in Split I left it was like stepping into heaven. A comfortable bed, view of the sea, what more can you ask for? I had dinner in the restaurant and was so impressed by my server, I think his name is L:uka. I asked for the lightest red wine they offered, and he brought me the house wine as it is the lightest, instead of trying to upsell me to something more expensive. I watched my server greet every table, if people were returning he always said "welcome back" and was so nice and accommodating to everyone. You could tell people were happy to be returning to eat there. Both my brothers are restaurant managers and I think they would hire this guy in a heartbeat. The food was great too. Next time I need to make a road trip south of Split I will come back to this hotel for sure.

Staff was very friendly and helpfull.Especially Jelena who showed us the room and made for us a taxi reservation. The rooms were modern and very spacious. Beds were very comfortable. The view to the seaside was amazing. All wellness facilities were very nice especially on a rainy day (sauna, jacuzzi, fitness). TV channels are very diverse. We were suprised to find one from our home country (Romania).

The water temperature when showering was not stable. During 10min shower the water became suddenly very cold (several times). There is only 1 bottle of complimentary water for the entire stay. In other 4 stars hotels we had 1 bottle /day. Location was not ideal (still a good walk away from Omis city).

The view from our bedroom was spectacular! Great location and services. Pool and beach are well serviced and comfortable.Staff both front of desk and cleaning staff. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Beautiful rooms with beautiful views. Taxi service was great and reliable.

More vegetarian/vegan options needed on the menus however plenty of options in Omis. Indoor pool could have a nicer decor as it is a little big basic - some plants maybe.

It was amazing. The outside pool with a bar is great. The room is big, modern and very comfortable. The bathroom is amazing. Food very good, drinks as well. Everything is clean. The balcony and the view was outstanding. The beach of the hotel perfect. The Service is great. Air conditioning working perfectly. Wifi working perfectly also in the pool.

The part of bed over your head can be cleaned (small stains). Hotel is close to a big street so a bit noisy at night when window is open.

Extremely friendly staff, breakfast and dinner very tasty, all very clean. We especially enjoyed the view from the top floor, spacious balcony, complimentary coffee and tea in the room, and spa with whirpool and the choice of three saunas.

There is no things who i didnt like in this hotel, everything was perfect..

I visited lot of places in Croatia and other places around the world, also many 5-star hotels. This is a 4-star hotel, but it deserves 5 definitely!! I didn't find anything, just anything to say that I can complain. 1. Great staff! (Polite and very kind) 2. Great food (even it was 1st January, Restaurant was open for lunch and dinner, breakfast had simply everything!) 3. Free parking (even garage) 4. Spacious rooms with great balcony and sea view, with digitalized commands for light and everything else 5. Excellent wellness (indoor and outside pool and jacuzzi! And both open!) 6. And last but most important - so clean, clean, and clean! Every single part of the hotel. Very, very pleasant hotel surprise in Croatia! Should be a role model for most hotels in Croatia and in general. See you soon as you open again in April!

The Deluxe room is fantastic, mainly on the higher levels. Our room was on the 13th floor and in the corner which has a beautiful panorama with about a 170 degree view. The balcony size is very good too. We get a private tour in the hotel at the arrival and the staff managed us the private parking in the garage. The room size and the bed size are very-very satisfying, the bathroom has also a tub and a shower and everything is very well thought. The bars, the cocktails, the staff everywhere are superb, congratulations for the management and for the team. This is what we need on a holiday.

The cleaning wasn't well handled in our room. At the arrival we found used shower cap near the tub, we found hair in the bathroom and on the bedroom floor too and the armchair had some disturbing white spot... The cleaning wasn't made on the third day despite of we expected it every day. We would be more happier on the balcony if it had been better furnished because the size of the balcony let it have a big sofa or some sun chair too. The balcony has about 18-20 m2.

My stay was perfect. Though I had a bit of lost day one. I was not shown around properly. Customer service could have been better. Though overall, my experience was very good, I would re-book it and I recommend it.

Customer service, the staff are helpful, but didn't meet expectations. When I booked it, the cost was shown in GBP and Euros. I was very surprised when they said they only accept Kuna, the Croatian local currency. This should have have been communicated!

Just one thing, À la carte menu could be better. We tried just one time during lunch time, when hotel didn’t have daily menu and it was very poor.

I have been to many places but this is the most perfect place I will return to, it definitely deserves a grade of 10 the cleanest maintained and perfect hotel with very friendly staff

For such a nice dinner and breakfast included i would expect a better coffee machine =) long line to get coffee.. Entrance to beach from "camping area" not so nice
