Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is exactly as it is pictured. We spent most of our time outside in the pool, playing ping pong and fishing from the dock. The pool surround material is new and pool chairs are comfortable. We have 4 hungry teenagers and prefer to eat in, so it would have been nice to have a larger grill and more cooking utensils/appliances (i.e. salad tongs, waffle maker or griddle, pizza pans). The provided starting essentials (garbage bags, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc) was VERY minimal and there was no hand soap or shampoo. We stay in rentals every Christmas through Marco Island Vacation Properties, and this was by far the least 'stocked'. Obviously, this is a minor issue - but it was disappointing to have to make Publix our first stop because there was absolutely no soap in the house.Loved the location - quiet neighborhood, but quick and easy access to San Marco.

Property had all the necessities. Very clean, would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed the pool and relaxing outside. Marco vacation properties are wonderful. They respond quickly and help with anything needed. Rented bikes for the week as none come with this property but we enjoyed having them!
