This home exceeded our expectations. There were plenty of beds and a full bathroom in each bedroom. We took advantage of the porch to watch the sunset and hang out, it would be nice if there were ceiling fans on the porch to keep the flies away but we did bring citronella candles so that helped. Kitchen was stocked with mostly everything we needed and the coffee maker was easy to use and much appreciated. The location is perfect, if you rent a golf cart from literally across the street you can go to and from the beach in minutes. Also across the street is a great bar and grill, the food was good but pricey for what was offered. All in all, we would definitely rent this again.

The house was clean and as described. We had a fantastic weekend. The owner was responsive and kind. We would definitely stay here again.

The property is beautiful with lots of room. That’s pretty much the only good quality to this house. During our stay, the maintenance man let himself in while we were all home and still had people asleep in rooms. He “needed” to come in take pictures of the damage others renters did… while he was there, we informed him the microwave stopped working the first day. His reply was “well, I guess they need to replace it”. We spent the 4 days with a microwave that didn’t work. Lights throughout the house that didn’t work. It advertises that the property is on the water… you have no access to the bay at all. We had dirty stained linens, food from other people under beds, a pair of shoes in the dresser… it’s clear that the property is not maintained.
