Great house for 6 adults and three kids. Walking distance to river, beach, and shopping mall and parks

Very lovely house, great location and spacious!
When we arrived the hot tub/spa was filthy. It had worms inside and full of dirt and debris…very disappointing as it’s a key selling point for this property. Managed to get it sorted but was unable to use it the first night…

Great having 2 bathrooms! Great kitchen, nicely furnished, outdoor area. Air con in main bedroom and living area.
Cleanliness under the furniture/beds could be slightly improved.

Great house, was clean and tidy. Kitchen was well equiped and the outside entertaining area is good with bbq/seating area and hot tub.
Unfortunately we had trouble communicating with the property and host before our stay. Was trying to organise to add extra guests and ask some questions about the place and couldn’t get a hold of the host until a few days before our stay despite multiple messages and contacting customer service. This was quite stressful and definitely put a dampener on our stay. Once we did get in contact with the host they were fairly responsive moving forward.
