Convenient location just next to the A46. Comfortable beds, plenty of equipment throughout the house. Nice shower and bathroom.

There was a remote control missing in one of the bedrooms, no hairdryer as advertised so I had to go and buy one and the WiFi password that was written down in the information pack was incorrect. We didn't dare use the sink above the toilet as the tap was so loose.

Cleaners had the heating on in almost 30 degrees heat outside so it was almost impossible to sleep the first night

The location was great for a wedding in skellingthorpe . The kitchen was good and well equipped and the pass the keys team responded promptly to emails . There was also a lovely garden centre with cafe next door to the row of houses we stayed in .

Furniture is extremely dated looks like they got a job lot from a charity shop and just stuck it anywhere and the pictures were really deceiving of the property . Furniture that worn out it was taped together . The garden was in an appalling state and all windows were covered with cobwebs and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years . Had no internet for first 24 hours as passwords are incorrect . No hairdryer and shelves in shower unstable. I rarely leave bad reviews and if somewhere is not quite up to standard I just put acceptable but this was beyond subpar for the price of £315 and a £40 insurance for two nights . Pass the keys team were only redeeming quality . Not a cosy cottage but more a contractors accomodation in a semi detached small house !
