The location was fine, no problems parking and trips into town and around the area were great. We had several late afternoon cuppas in the garden. There was a fish and chip shop at the bottom of the road, very handy, also a pub and a Costcutter store with a good butchery section. What more could you want with the sea five minutes drive away.
The hot water system was a bit tetchy, The bathroom in particular seemed to suffer from an irregular supply. The covers on the sofas were a bit unsightly, we had to keep tucking them back in and tidying them up. The sofas were very comfortable, however.

Lovely and spacious, well equipped, very comfortable
Parking is very tight although it is off street which is a benefit
The property had a weird fishy smell to it that didn’t seem to clear after airing it out
Property owners weren’t contactable prior to our stay despite attempts being made through booking.com

Basic accommodation. Clean and tidy.
The place smelt of fish. Cobwebs round the windows inside let it down. Main bedroom door kept us awake as constantly rattled through the night and kept self opening. The walk up the lane to the property was very dark. Needed a torch.
