Very spacious, great view, plenty of parking space on the side of the road which is free
Super nice balcony, good elevator.
Not very clean, especially the bathroom. There is a lot of mould on the ceiling above the shower.
The apartment looks newer in the pictures than in reality.
A new building is being built next to this apartment, very loud construction noise starts at 7am in the morning so it’s not the ideal place to rest.
