Alot of space which made it easy to relax. Everything we needed for our stay was available.

The toilet downstairs had a horrible smell which radiated through part of the house.

The location was perfect for our needs over the weekend. The house was clean, modern, and in a quiet place. Close to shops and amenities in both Melton and Melton South, it was ideal.

No Complaints!!

Well, when my friend & I first arrived at the house, we had the incorrect pin No to unlock the key lock. So I had to ring the house owner, who then sent me the correct pin number. We were having a nice stay over the 2 nights. Until we had the home owner at the front door when I was still in the middle of getting ready to leave the house. Every other accommodation I've stayed at has always been to check out at 10 am, not before 10 am. First of all, I had 2 missed calls from the owner at 9:38am. He obviously tried to call me to hurry us up. I felt really rushed to get out of the house, which was very disappointing to my friend & I, then he said that he had the cleaner booked for 10 am. Really, wouldn't you book the cleaner for 10:30 or 11am to give your guests a chance to get out the door. I was going to give this property a good positive review, but I'm extremely disappointed in how we were treated. To the degree that the house owner sat in his car waiting for us to leave his house. Never again will I be staying at this holiday home & I will be telling my friends & family not to stay here either! The man also started to get a bit of attitude with my friend who answered the front door, who was very disappointed with him & was not expecting him to act the way he did. I hope my review has given the home owner a bit of a reality check for his future guests. Treat people the way you like to be treated!!
