The bed, the linings, the pillow, were good and comfortable. The breakfast is limited but the staff asks you what would you like the day before so that they can get it for you from the bakery (if you don't know, they'll suggest it). The products from the bakery were very good. The staff was nice and helpful. Private parking. All in all I would recommend this.

The amenities are cheap feeling. The outside of the building is in ruins and the location of it is "meh" - but you can check this things out on google street view before you decide to book it. The parking is private, but for a bigger car you will have to reverse it from the main street (if you have someone to temporarily stop the heavy traffic it is a non issue). The AC was loud and the outside unit comes to resonance with the wall of the building. If you set it to a normal temperature and set the fan to a minimum it is almost fine, but still loud. Suggestion to the owner ( I had similar problem with the AC): you can buy rubber foot mountings for the AC to eliminate any vibrationg going to the wall of the building - it's very cheap and easy to install. The window from our room looked directly onto someone's terrace, so opening the shutters was not an option for us.
