This property was all about location location location. It situation in a gorgeous bay just above some rocks where you could easily access the sea. It had a couple of terraces where you could sit and watch the bay and the sea. It was yards from a lovely pub serving great food and a 10 minute walk into Mevagissey which had everything you need including fabulous fresh fish and several great bakeries. It was well equipped and had everything you needed. Free parking was available in the street at the bottom of the hill.

This is where it gets complicated. The property as a number of reviews have suggested was a bit tired and could do with sprucing up a bit but if this happened I'm sure because of the location the price would have been higher and we wouldn't have got to stay here. For us in our 60's the worst thing was the staircase up to the bedrooms which was very steep and the handrail went into the wall at the top so you couldn't really grab it properly. The double bed in the main bedroom was very small - there was space for there to be a larger one. BUT you woke up to an amazing view out of the window without really having to move at all.

Good location to the town and great sea views.
