The house is very nice, cozy, and in a perfect location. It had everything we needed. The communication with the owner was excellent, and they were very helpful and responsive throughout our stay.
Unfortunately, the air conditioning did not work properly, making the house uncomfortable, especially at night. We stayed at the end of August, during a heatwave, when temperatures were particularly high. As a result, we couldn’t sleep comfortably due to the heat. Under these conditions, proper air conditioning is essential, so this is a significant issue that needs to be addressed.

Great stay in Rome. The property is small for a family of 5 but as we were only in Rome for 3 nights, it was ok.
Good location. Everything is walkable but in high temperatures you may want to use public transport. Very easy to do so from here.
The property was very hot when we arrived. There is aircon which works well. I would suggest the owner maybe turns this on for the arrival of guests during the summer months.
