In a quiet part of Shinjuku but walking to train stations was around 10-15 mins which was great. The beds were very comfortable (better than some of the hotels). Had everything we needed and spacious. Great spot to park up for our final week in Tokyo. Owners were awesome with their communication throughout the lead up to our stay and during. Very grateful i found this place and would stay again. We were 6 adults.
The traditional dining and lounge were fun but long term stay I think it would become uncomfortable (we stayed 5 nights) that said I’d still happily stay here.

Fantastic location. So quiet and yet so central!
Comfortably fit 2 families- 4 adults and 4 children. Lawson conbini, bakery and supermarket all very short walk away. Washer and dryer on site. Excellent communication with owner.
