The terrace was fantastic, very clean apartment. We would stay here again next time we are in rome.

Getting in was a hustle the first time

Mieszkanie w dobra lokalizacji, na parterze dobrze zaopatrzony sklep. W niedzielę targ, na którym można kupić dosłownie wszystko (bardzo ciekawe doświadczenie). Wygodne mieszkanie z fajnym, dużym tarasem. Odzielna sypialnia. Bezproblemowy dostęp do mieszkania poprzez aplikację. Super cena w stosunku do jakości.

Just steps outside of the building is a grocery store, cafe and a restaurant. Apartment was updated and clean. Bed was comfortable. Balcony was nice to sit outside and dry clothes. Buses and train station are very close.

The apartment itself is accurately described on photos. The overall feeling is nice, the apartment complex is pretty good looking and modern, it has a nice terrace and a good set of kitchen amenities for cooking. The location is great, close to tram stop and 30 minutes walk to the historic part of the city. It could be a great stay, but…

The thing that made our almost 1 week experience a kind of dissatisfying is a constant problem with the heater. When we arrived there was no hot water and I spent a couple of hours with the management, sending them photos of the heater, speaking to Booking support agent and trying to fix the situation. Imagine how nice it would be to spend a few hours travelling to Rome and be unable to take a hot shower, trying to explain something about the heater by freaking email. At some point the management just started to ignore me, saying they can't help and I need to contact Booking about this case. After a few hours the heater turned on for some unknown reason, but during our stay the problem persisted — sometimes it was working, sometimes not. I mean, the cold shower is probably good for your health, but it definitely should be your own choice:) Rebooting the heater was probably the most often thing I was doing during this trip. Basically it was the main thing, most disappointing and ruining the whole experience with this beautiful apartment. Also the BT speaker doesn't work, and the TV is from far 2010-s so you may forgot about any YouTube or Netflix here. Watching Italian TV is a funny thing too, but you know:) So I would summarise it like it could be a great apartment for a dream vacation in Rome if the management would pay more attention to its technical condition and be more attentive to the guests in general.
