It’s a cosy apartment in the centre of Heraklion with all the amenities of modern life, the pictures are not an exaggeration and this is exactly what you will find. The host is also an amazing person, reactive to your needs and going the extra mile to ensure you’re enjoying your stay. Highly recommended.

The place was clean and well kept , it was close to everything.
And everything was available and thought of i really liked the washing machine with 2 babies it was a game changer! the property manager was also available at all hours and i got immediate responses from him
The place was 5 minutes walk from everywhere!
The elevator was really small i has two baby strollers and had to take two trips every time to fit in there, and the restaurant for the breakfast and the options there aren’t a good fit , we went one day understood its a mistake and never went back

The location is great. The apartment has a modern look; the washer was great.
I needed two beds and two bedrooms, but the apartment had only 1 bed and a pull-out sofa. This was not an arrangement that I expected when I made a reservation. One of us had to sleep on a pull-out sofa. There was no microwave. The stove was so complicated that it took a while to figure out how to set it to boil water, and there were no instructions for it. The description says that it has a dryer but there was none. Also, the lights are very modern but too complicated to handle. It would be nice if someone would meet us to explain how things work. One TV set was set to Greek, and the host couldn't help us change it to English. The internet connection for the laptop did not work, and there was nobody to fix it. I'd never had this problem before. Our reservation included breakfast, but the literature in the apartment did not include this information. The breakfast cafe was about 7-10 minutes away and not available when we were leaving. We did not use the breakfast in the two days we stayed because of poor communication and the host didn't offer anything to compensate for it. Most importantly, the host was not very helpful and had a rather unpleasant way of communicating. I would not recommend this place.
