Currently, I’m on my fifth stay (I write this review Sept 22, 2025), in Voula in the past three years. This location was my fourth stay in Voula. So I have a bit of insight on the area regarding private rentals.
They need to remove three operative words…“Luxury”, “Beachfront”, and “Premium” from the title listing!
There is nothing Luxurious, Beachfront, or Premium about this apartment…It’s a standard apartment with basic amenities. No bedding or mattress covers…just a sheet. The “Beachfront” is a nine minute - 600m walk from the apartment. The kitchen and living areas are standard, the patio looks like it has been cleaned in years, and a broken chair sits in the corner.
If the remove the operative words “Luxury”, “Beachfront” and “Premium” from the tittle they might receive more business featuring a standard apartment in Voula.
