The location is excellent! Groceries and bakeries are nearby. Tram stations are just a few meters away as well. It is very convenient if you plan to visit the city - everything is close. The terrace is great for morning coffee :)

Nice sized apartment and very well located
1. The street noise was much higher than expected and 2. The property is divided as two apartment and the neighbouring apartment seems to have a permanent tenant who plays drums one night then listens to very loud music till 1 am. Three times I had to,tell him to stop.
