The location was perfect as we were attending a conference in the city. The spa was great

Central location and its cleanliness
I’ve stayed here twice, and overall, it’s a great place. However, during my second stay, the spa wasn’t really hot. I messaged the host, and he mentioned I needed to wait about 4 hours, but even then it didn’t fully heat up. It’s not a major issue, but since the hot spa is one of the highlights and part of what we paid for, I hope they can improve or check the jacuzzi system for future guests.

Warm modern facilities with the spa being the highlight. Comfortable beds.
Wasn’t cleaned on arrival unbeknown to the manager. Our front door keypad password given out accidentally to another customer during our stay. Mould noticeable in shower seals.
