The villa was not as advertised and was not maintained to an acceptable standard, the photographs used to promote the property did not accurately reflect the condition on arrival. The grass was heavily overgrown, outdoor area was poorly maintained, and the balconies were very dirty. There were several maintenance and safety issues throughout our stay. The air conditioning unit leaked onto our bed and my wife’s pillow, cracked pint glass in the cupboard. The swimming pool was in poor condition, with broken tiles and broken glass found in the pool. My so Inlaw cut his foot as a result of the broken tiles. We were also unable to enjoy the pool area for a number of days due to a wasps nest, took a couple of days to have them removed. The roof Terence was off limits because we were told rubbish had been left by the previous guests and had created a safety concern. This restriction was not disclosed before arrival, dipole the villa been advertised as having full access to all areas. In addition, there was constant noise from dogs at nearby property throughout the day and night which affected our ability to relax. Overall, there was constant maintenance team that did arrive, were 10 star, the owners representative who did arrive was such a nice person, would I stay there again, I am sorry to say no, over €9000 I spent on this holiday with my three adult children and their partners, very disappointed
