The accommodation’s garden is situated right on the shore of the lake and a small lagoon, and is exceptionally beautiful. The accommodation includes a free covered parking space. The layout of the flat is good; it is reasonably comfortable even for five people. The small room has no air conditioning and the ventilation is rather poor. The kitchen is well-equipped, though there is no dishwasher. As I had asked about a coffee machine several times, they installed one before our arrival, for which I am particularly grateful. The terrace is brilliant. All in all, it was a very good choice.
A separate toilet would be useful for five people. The general waste bin is opened with a code card; we weren’t given one, so we could only put out the recycling. (This could be a problem for others too, which is why they end up putting general waste in the wrong place...) We were only given one key, which is a bit inconvenient; a remote control for the gate wouldn’t be essential, but we’d need a proper key. The neighbourhood is quite noisy at dawn, which can be a nuisance if you have the windows open.
