The size and comfort was fantastic. It definitely exceeded my expectations. The decor was beautiful

Although it was my fault, I left my iPhone charger behind and when I asked if it had been found, the cleaners hadn't handed it in which was disappointing. Although, I do accept the responsibility for having left it behind.

Modern and comfortable

Hot water took a while in kitchen to run

Roomy, clean 3 bedrooms. Air conditioning. Plenty of cutlery and crockery. Parking for one car.

The ocean view is now substantially blocked by a new development - images need to be updated. The apartment photos on Booking.com are not of the unit I stayed in. The letting agency has two apartments - different floors, same aspect. One appears to be better furnished than the other. The apartment is in Palm Beach but the key pick up is in Burleigh. The letting agency says there are fans in the bedrooms. This is not correct. There are individual air conditioners for each room but air conditioning is not a preferred way to sleep for many people. The air conditioning was programmed to turn off after a set time period, which is a bother especially at night when operating on fan mode. Three adults = three rooms, but only two sets of keys / fobs available.

Size, well equipped, decor, proximity to beach.

Difficult to open some drawers and cupboards. Press and release mechanisms not all working. Difficulty using stove top and oven without instructions. Traffic noise on Gold Coast highway.
