Bedroom was spacious, with a big balcony and nice view. Smart TV too, building was clean and modern with friendly staff, big pool and a pool table to use for free, secure place to keep bikes at night. Breakfast was very good and can be delivered to your room. Early check in is possible too. Offer airport service at reasonable prices
The location is about 10 minutes away from central Kuta so a bike is a must.

The Villa has great views and was super spacious. Air-conditioning was excellent. The staff were extremely helpful and worked with a smile. Hospitality was faultless. On a clear night the watching the starry sky at night from the balcony was blissful. Breakfast while simple was fresh and tasty.
The Villa tries to be a hotel but it isn't. It is rough around the edges. The staff did their best but there are issues. The property needs more maintenance. Housekeeping was not good. They werent thorough in their cleaning. The toilet in the Bima room had a mild sewage smell. The WC actually moved a bit so there definitely is a lot of work to be done. Some of the lights in the room werent working.
