Location is excellent
We had some trouble using the keys - more instead would have been helpful .
More tea towels would have been helpful we only had one.

Amazing location with sea views from all the rooms ! It was nicely decorated and clean, well presented. Lovely big reception rooms and bed rooms. Lots of local facilities on the door step.
Weather was very hot and the rooms especially the top floor bed room captured the heat, the hosts had put in some tower fans which really helped. We were 8 adults and the description says 4 double beds, one of the rooms is a single bed that has a pull out second single / convert to double, but this took us a while to work out so we thought that we hadnt got the full amount of beds. All resolved in the end, but this could be better documented especially if you say you are 8 people.

Absolutely loved it. It was very comfortable. Had all the facilities that we needed. Close to the town and sea.
Only downside was it didn’t have a downstairs toilet but to be fair there wasn’t space for one .

Leaving
Mould. Spiders web. Broken bath. Top bedroom was dangerous to access and we are surprised planning permission was given to a room that is dangerous to access. Many people had bashed their heads in the past as there was a big dent in the overhanging wall that blocked the access. Contact brushed off our comments and only replied when chased a second time. It was expensive as it was Goodwood weekend.
