location good. Accessibility was fine. Unit was clean

Kitchen drawers 2/3 couldnt open. fixed on second day. Safe key was not there to set it up. sorted on second day no mirror in ensuite bathroom. should have one. No cleaners to clean on Saturday, yet other units nearby had cleaning service, I believe Saturday should at least have had minimum cleaning service

Location was what I wanted. As close to the beach entrance as possible. The unit was fantastic. Aircons worked like a charm.

The location is within San Lameer with access to all of the facilities in the resort

The beds and pillows are uncomfortable = 1/10 It’s difficult to adjust the temperature of the water in the showers. I informed the agent about it and was told that “You are the first person to mention this” = 1/10 The lounge and dining area is extemely hot in summer and there is no aircon or fans in this area = 1/10 Our used towels that were placed on the floor was folded and put back up onto the rails, this is a hygiene problem which i raised with the agent. I called the agent and was informed that towels only get replaced on Tuesdays and Thursday and that i should check my email for this info, however there was no email received. I subsequently requested that the email that was referred to, should be sent to me but still havent received this email. = 1/10
